Shipping cost may vary based on each service and the postage location.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@telliia.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Important Considerations For Your Order

Production time/Processing time is NOT included in shipping time!

Processing time for standard jewelry products is 1-3 business days.

Metal Art & Canvas orders are made custom to you, and due to the level of care and craftsmanship put into each of them, ship within 10-14 business days.

Please, check that you have input the correct shipping address at checkout, including correct zip-code and apartment/unit number. You can also check your confirmation email for this information. All orders are automatically shipped to the address you input. We are not liable for errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

 

If you believe your order has an increased chance of being lost or stolen in transit due to a history of such issues, we highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to replace any orders that have been lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier. 


RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
